"Profession has no Gender" aims to inspire primary and secondary school students to choose the profession that interests them, free of gender restrictions. It is being implemented for the 5th consecutive year in strategic cooperation with Piraeus in the framework of the “EQUALL - For a Society of Equal People” program.

Vocational High School students participate in the program “Empowering Vocational Education students V” with the aim of developing essential soft skills and practically preparing for their entry into today’s labour market. The program is implemented, for the 5th consecutive year, with the support of the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation, within the framework of its strategic partnership with The Tipping Point.
“Youth’s Financial Literacy” aims to equip secondary school students with essential resources needed to become financially literate, while fostering the skills to manage their finances effectively and make informed financial decisions.
The "Green Generation" program aims to introduce students to career opportunities related to environmental protection and sustainable development while also encouraging sustainable behavior both within and beyond the school setting.

The "Unexplored Futures IV" initiative aims to give students the opportunity to discover unexplored fields and alternative career paths, to get informed and prepare for their first steps in the modern labour market, as well as to be inspired by the journey of professionals who, starting from different backgrounds, build careers in professional areas they didn’t know existed.

The “EPAL: Mapping the Future” program aims to empower Vocational High School students across Greece to discover their strengths, connect their interests and skills with the needs of the labour market, and gain practical tools that will help them plan their next career steps.
The “Mental Health & Self-Identification Journey” program aims to empower secondary school students by familiarizing them with issues related to mental health and helping them gain a deeper understanding of their strengths and interests. In doing so, it contributes to fostering a more supportive environment that encourages open dialogue and acceptance around mental health and well-being.
Vocational High School students and students of Institutes of Vocational Training get informed about the career prospects within the modern Greek manufacturing industry, aligned with their chosen specialties, while also being equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to successfully enter today’s labour market.
Through the “Exploring the IT sector IV” program, students gain hands-on exposure to the field of Information Technology (ΙΤ) and its latest developments, while also exploring career opportunities in the sector and the skills required to pursue them.
The "Climate change & energy transition" initiative aims to introduce secondary education students to careers and job opportunities in the energy sector, while also informing them about energy production, sustainability, the energy transition, and the energy challenges of the 21st century.
