Profession has no Gender aims to inspire primary and secondary school students to choose the profession that interests them, free of gender restrictions. It is being implemented for the 4th consecutive year in strategic cooperation with Piraeus in the framework of the “Equall - For a Society of Equal People” programme.

Vocational high school students and students of Institutes of Vocational Training are informed about the career prospects in the modern Greek manufacturing industry in relation to the specialties they have chosen to pursue, while also being prepared for their entry into the modern labour market.

The "Mental Health & Self-Identification Journey" program aims to empower secondary school students by familiarizing them with issues related to mental health and helping them better understand their talents and interests. In doing so, it contributes to creating a more supportive environment that fosters discussion and promotes acceptance around mental health and well-being.

The "Green Generation" program aims to introduce students to career opportunities related to environmental protection and sustainable development while also encouraging sustainable behavior both within and beyond the school setting.

Through the “Exploring the IT Sector III” program, students gain hands-on experience in the field of IT, learn about the latest developments in the sector, and explore career opportunities as well as the skills required.

Vocational High School students participate in the “Empowering Vocational education students IV” program aiming to develop essential soft skills and prepare for the modern labour market. The program is implemented with the support of the John S. Latsis Public Benefit Foundation as part of a strategic partnership with The Tipping Point.

The "Climate change & energy transition" initiative aims to introduce secondary education students to careers and job opportunities in the energy sector, while also informing them about energy production, sustainability, the energy transition, and the energy challenges of the 21st century.

The “Unlock the Power of AI” initiative aims to inform secondary school students about the capabilities and limitations of Artificial Intelligence, as well as help them understand the functioning of Generative AI (GenAI) tools today.

The "Unexplored Futures III" initiative aims to give students the opportunity to discover unexplored fields and alternative career options, to be inspired by the career paths of professionals in the modern labour market, and to prepare for their first professional steps.

Junior and senior high school students participate in the program “Mental Health: An in-school approach”, where they learn about topics related to mental health within the school setting as well as their academic and professional options. This program aims to foster self-awareness and lay the foundation for their future careers.
